Refund policy
Last updated: 8 November 2026
Digital products are delivered instantly, so refunds work a little differently from physical goods. This policy applies to every purchase on DSP (https://dspcreator.com).
1. When you can get a refund
You can ask for a refund within the refund window shown on the product page (for example 14 or 30 days after purchase) when:
- the product does not work as described, or is missing files that the product page lists;
- the download is broken and the creator cannot fix it;
- you were charged twice for the same order;
- the product is a pre-order that was not released on time.
Refunds are usually not given when you simply changed your mind after downloading, bought the wrong licence (ask the creator about an upgrade instead), or the problem comes from requirements stated on the product page.
2. How to ask
- Open My library › Orders & receipts and choose the order.
- Click Request a refund, choose a reason and describe the problem.
- The creator answers within 3 business days. If they do not, or you disagree with the answer, our support team reviews the request.
You can follow the status of your request in your library. Questions: support@dspcreator.com.
3. How the money comes back
- Card payments are refunded to the same card. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
- PromptPay payments are refunded by bank transfer in Thai baht, for the amount you paid, within 7 business days after approval. We may ask for the account to refund to.
- Partial refunds are possible, for example for one item of a bundle.
4. After a refund
Access to the refunded product is removed from your library and its licence keys are deactivated. Memberships end at the close of the current period unless the refund covers the whole membership.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank: most problems are solved faster through a refund request. Accounts with unjustified chargebacks may be suspended.
